This 2-week, nutritionist-supported program is the ideal way to bring your health back to the forefront. Whether you're a veteran health-nut or a newbie who is ready to get their diet on track, Leandra will guide you to better health with nutrition expertise and supportive coaching. Leandra regularly leads her clients through this program (1-4 times a year) to support the body's natural detox processes, reset and heal the digestive track, balance hormones and get them back on the "healthy eating" wagon.
The supplements that are used in this program are high quality, medical grade supplements from Designs For Health -- a researched backed company. They are safe, gentle and used in doctor's offices nationwide (and their guided programs usually cost upwards of $800!) To make the program more applicable to everyday life, Leandra has boosted this program by combining the DFH supplements with daily nutrition education and 1:1 support to deepen your knowledge and help you make sustainable change.
Leandra has lead close to 500 people through this reset program so is well versed to the ups-and-downs that participants are likely to encounter and offers expert support.

Your Instructor
Leandra is a personal trainer, nutritionist, Workplace Wellness Specialist, and the owner of Le'ola Wellness. Her goal is to help her clients find the joy in health through creative and tailored plans. Born and raised in Hawaii, Lea believes that true health must come in an organic way - by falling in love with the types of movement and food that work best for your body. Lea has spent 15 years helping Bay Area clients get fit with in-home training, and personalized nutrition plans. As a certified nutrition consultant, as well as a certified personal trainer, Lea looks forward to helping you get and stay healthy!
Leandra is the lead trainer for Fitbit Coach, the resident wellness expert at Joyus.com and a contributor for MindBodyGreen. When not coaching her clients, building healthy office programs or creating on-camera content, you can cooking up delicious meals in her home kitchen, doing outdoor workouts on the hills of San Francisco, or hula dancing!
